DIGITAL PRODUCTS — ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the immediate-access nature of our digital products, templates, downloads, guides, workbooks, PLR/MRR products, and other electronically delivered content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product that is delivered electronically and that no physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated in the product description.

Because access to digital content is provided immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations based on change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction after access to the digital content has been provided.

TECHNICAL ACCESS ISSUES

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact GetPublished.shop for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to restore or provide access to the digital product. A technical delivery issue does not automatically qualify for a refund when the purchased content can be successfully delivered or accessed.

DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE & USE

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property. Unless the individual product expressly includes PLR, MRR, resale, or other licensing rights, digital products are licensed only for the purchaser's permitted use and may not be copied, shared, redistributed, transferred, resold, or made available to others.

Products specifically identified as PLR or MRR are governed by the license terms provided with that individual product. Those specific license terms control what you may edit, brand, resell, redistribute, or otherwise do with the product.
